I’m a psychologist in private practice in Denver, Colorado. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Harvard University. My private practice is part of the ImpACT Psychology Colorado and Healthcare Wellbeing collectives. In addition to private practice, I work part-time as a clinical research psychologist at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. I am nationally-recognized VA trainer in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have been a lecturer at Harvard University in the Department of Psychology, and am passionate about teaching and training mental health professionals in ACT and supervising psychology students.
I love living in Colorado, my home state, with my husband, two daughters, and dog. When I’m not busy working or podcasting, I enjoy reading fiction, cooking, travel, and getting outdoors in the beautiful Rocky Mountains!
